We Courier via GosweetSpot, Using Eco Friendly Bags. Please allow 1-6 working days for your goods to arrive and the parcel will require a signature. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your order & get it ready for collection by the courier, we aim to do this as quickly as possible.
If by any chance your goods are damaged in any way please contact us within 14 days, we will replace the goods as close to what was purchased as possible, at our discretion we may fully refund the item.
If you are not happy with your purchased goods we are more than happy to exchange your items within 14 days. Providing the products are in original condition they were provided in.
What you see in the pictures is what you are buying, except for Tumble Stones and Salt Lamps they will differ in size and colour, but will be similar to what you are seeing in the pictures. We attempt to photograph our own stock, which can be challenging and none of us are photographers, but we do our best to capture the crystals as best we can.

From time to time, what you order via the website may sell in the shop at the same time, we will endevour to replace the item or refund you, depending on what the item is.
